For all you Paul Chek fans out there, I came across these emails a few years ago, from the University of Washington website. There’s some really interesting dialogue and questions in these emails, on a variety of training topics. I hope you find them as interesting as I do.  You forget how good this guy is when it comes to training and the orthopedics of the body.
